You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return or exchange any item that does not suit you. For this, you have a "return form or exchange" included in your package. Please send us an email to contact@viagioia.com with the tracking number.

Items must be returned new and unused. Returns that do not match our policy will not be accepted and will be returned.

 

Return:

- You can send us the article in its original box with the form provided for this purpose by checking the box "return" and specifying the reason for the return. 

- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

- The refund will be made directly to your account within 14 days from the date of receipt by our teams of the returned package.

 

Exchange:

- You can send us the item to be exchanged in its original box with the form provided for this purpose by ticking the box "exchange" and specifying the size and / or article desired.

- Return costs are your responsability. The delivery of the exchanged item is offered to you (exchanges being limited to one time) whatever your country of domicile.
